Harborne Kitchen launches new 4 course dinner menu

Posted on January 19, 2020January 19, 2020 by Laura

The ever wonderful Harborne Kitchen is now offering a 4 course dinner menu.

Available Tuesday to Thursday evenings, the menu runs alongside the existing 6/8 course tasting menus.

After your snacks and home baked bread selection you’ll enjoy dishes such as line caught cod with cauliflower, sea leeks, apple and butter bean cassoulet. This menu also sees the return of a customer favourite: roscoff onion. If you know, you know.

Mi Cuit Salmon, Buttermilk, Cucumber, Dill
Roscoff Onion Broth, Blue Cheese, Chive
Line caught Cod, Cauliflower, Sea Leeks, Apple, Butter Bean
Pumpkin Pie, Ginger Ice Cream, Candied Pumpkin Seed

There’s a alternative vegetarian menu and wine pairing can be added to either for £25.

During January this option is available for just £35 and comes with a small glass of the house fizz. Booking is recommended.

As far as relaxed fine dining goes you won’t beat HK. You can read more about the Harborne Kitchen dining experience here and view the menu online.

So a few weeks ago I was diagnosed with a severe vitamin d deficiency and given hyper strength VitD supps. Take 2 of these mini vials a week for 6 weeks - they’re moon juice. I swear to god, every time I have this tiny thimble of radiative goo my body and brain go mad for an hour

Absolutely pathetic to the point of it being almost funny.

British supermarkets & producers increasingly “de-Europeanising” foods for post-Brexit UK.

So for example “Petits Pois” (a term much of the world uses regardless of where they come from) has now become “British fancy peas” with Union flag. 2
